Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then delivered within 7-15 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after delivery to return an item, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by you, the customer.
How long does a refund take once you receive my return?
We process it within 7 business days of receiving the item back.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
There's no separate exchange process — send your item back through our standard return, then place a new order for the size or colour you want.
What if a package is refused, unclaimed, or sent to the wrong address?
A $35 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
My item arrived damaged or defective — what now?
Let us know within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Replacements are usually sent within 7-14 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Only before it ships. Once shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies, in line with Canadian consumer protection rules.

Do you have a discount for new customers?
Yes — sign up and use code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order.
Do you offer a discount for buying more than one item?
Yes, automatically: 2 items get you 10% off your whole cart, 3 items get you 20% off. It doesn't stack with WELCOME10.

How do I pick the right size?
Each product page has specific fit notes. As a general rule: size up for a relaxed fit, size down for a slim fit.
