How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, no minimum required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
Contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@the-standard-society.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, usually within 7-14 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Only before it ships. Once it's on its way, you can return it after delivery instead.
